Free time

so May 2, 2025, i was let go from my long time job. Position was eliminated. Whatever. Truth is, i wasn't liked there. I started 21 years ago, left for a year, so 20 years. The manner in which it was done was insulting. I was fast walked to the general managers office, made to sign papers and that was it. I was given 1 month severance And you know what? I feel great. That job controlled my life. I ate, breathed and slept on that job.
